Cancellation on or before July 25th, 2026: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 100 €

Before August 25th, 2026: 50% refund
From August 25, 2026, no refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
All refund and name changes requests must be received in writing by email to: organizing.committee@terraenvision.eu
